1. Content

The content of the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Circle K District web site shall consist only of information approved by the District Board or approved by the Governor and District Administrator.

2. Privacy

Addresses and phone numbers of Circle K members listed in the Circle K district directory shall not be posted on the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Circle K District web site or on any sites linked to the web site. The Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District will maintain such privacy policies and safeguards for its web site and subsidiary web services as are necessary to protect members and guests from unsolicited commercial e-mail, telemarketing, harassment, libel, slander, etc.
